Shipments

Shipments to Europe

Delivery terms are EXW (Incoterms 2010) unless otherwise agreed.

Freight is invoiced to the customer and appears as separate lines on the invoice. 

Goods are mostly shipped in cool containers of polystyrene with cooling elements. 

EXW handling fee: EUR 50,-

Additional fee for hazardous goods:

For fragile products (mostly Culture Media products) we will recommend shipping on pallets.
